Hanne has more than 25 years of experience in recruiting, where she has conducted numerous recruitment of specialists and managers for all functional areas.

For years Hanne has been HR-partner in Dansk Supermarked for the top management in all key features - among these as an advisor in connection with employees relations.

Hanne has been a coordinator of several organisational development projects in Dansk Supermarked for 20 years - both within the retail area and the central functions in general. For 10 years she has been responsible for management training in Dansk Supermarked.

Hanne has more than 25 years of management consisting 5-40 employees. She has also been a project manager on large SAP implementation projects with up to 30 particioants.
