Entering our second decade

GML-HR was established in 2010 by experienced consultants. The aim was to build up a consultancy firm made up of dedicated consultants with a good understanding of business, strong HR skills and the will to go the extra mile to contribute to their clients’ development.

It’s a matter of good workmanship

We have not revolutionised the processes or invented a miracle model that offers an easy shortcut to results and success – neither in recruitment nor in business development. But we have built an organisation made up of experienced consultants with special knowledge and experience of the industries they each work with. We produce flexible solutions adapted to the client’s needs, take an innovative approach and attend to the ongoing development of our consultants. This provides for the best possible advice to our clients.

Our business is founded on competent consultants and a strong client base, and we are fortunate enough to work with some of the leading and most progressive companies within the industries that we focus on.

Industry focus

We have chosen to focus on areas that we know in depth, because we believe that in-depth industry knowledge helps to qualify our services and the advice we give. We participate in industry-related networks and events to keep abreast of developments and to nurture our networks. GML-HR works with a range of Denmark’s leading companies in the energy, manufacturing, FMCG and retail sectors.

International outlook

GML-HR contributes to international vision and experience.

We handle recruitment jobs outside Denmark – often for the international subsidiaries of Danish companies. It is also natural for our researchers to look for candidates abroad when we are after the best managers and specialists for our clients. Up to 10% of the candidates we present come from abroad.

We have great experience of strategy implementation and management development for Danish companies with foreign subsidiaries. Here our consultants assist the Danish head office and provide for local buy-in in the individual subsidiaries around the world.

Confidentiality is our top priority. We respect confidentiality and do not pass on any information about a candidate without their consent, nor do we disclose confidential information about our clients without their specific permission.
