Søren has 16 years of experience under the auspices of recruitment, where he has completed numerous recruitment tasks - primarily recruitment of specialists and managers to all functions. Søren has worked as a project manager on large recruitment projects related to relocation and start-ups.

Søren has 16 years of experience with executive search where he has accomplished more than 50 CEO searches for Danish companies and search of a number of functional directors.

As a consultant Søren has worked with strategy and business development for a number of medium-sized and large Danish companies in various industries. He has worked with energy-industry associated with liberalization of the sector and has also completed several major analysis and evaluations in the public sector, municipalities, regions, ministeries and agencies.

He has carried out several major organisational development and restructuring projects in both private companies and public organizations.
