Assessment of leadership qualities
Our Executive Assessment is an extended personal assessment which builds upon an internationally recognized performance model based on more than 25 years of intensive research and validation. It is an extremely thorough evaluation in which the candidate’s test results are assessed in comparison to the position, success criteria and critical competencies. This, combined with a 360-degree reference check, results in a written report containing the consultant’s recommendation.
We use recognized testing systems

In addition, our consultants are certified in a number of other systems, and thus we are able to test with the systems our clients themselves use. That makes the process easier for the candidates and furthers the client’s understanding.
