Personality Assessment

GML-HR offers to evaluate individual candidates with our Personality Assessment, which is targeted at managers and specialists at the operational/tactical level. The method provides valuable insight into the candidate’s personality and cognitive scope and is used with advantage in connection with recruiting, development of talents or evaluation of management potential.

A Personality Assessment provides in-depth insight into the candidate’s motivation and drive as well as interpersonal preferences and the preferred work style. In addition, valuable information on the cognitive capacity assessed at different levels is obtained.

Assessment of leadership qualities

GML-HR offers to carry out an Executive Assessment of individual candidates targeted at managers and specialists at the strategic/tactical level. In that way, we obtain an in-depth insight into the candidate’s personality and cognitive scope. An Executive Assessment is done in connection with recruiting, development of talent or evaluation of management potential.

Our Executive Assessment is an extended personal assessment which builds upon an internationally recognized performance model based on more than 25 years of intensive research and validation. It is an extremely thorough evaluation in which the candidate’s test results are assessed in comparison to the position, success criteria and critical competencies. This, combined with a 360-degree reference check, results in a written report containing the consultant’s recommendation.






We use recognized testing systems

To get a picture which is as nuanced as possible, GML-HR uses a flexible basis for assessment which, at minimum, involves a personality test and test of cognitive skills. We use internationally recognized and validated testing tools.

For assessment of personality, we use two systems: MPA from Master Management  and Hogan Assessment. For assessment of cognitive skill, we use AdaptGRT . Press the marked text to read more about our testing tools.

In addition, our consultants are certified in a number of other systems, and thus we are able to test with the systems our clients themselves use. That makes the process easier for the candidates and furthers the client’s understanding.
