Lars has 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry where he has completed a large number of search assignments both nationally and internationally in all industries. He has experience from managing large-scale sourcing projects.
Lars has a solid history placing experienced profiles - from senior director to VP level - for both Danish and international companies.
Working in the industry and also as a board member, Lars has been responsible for multiple development tasks and projects, including Talent Management, Capability Building Talent Attraction and Leadership development.
Lars has participated in several major organisational development projects and restructuring projects in private companies - typically in relation to the turn-arounds and alignment as a reslut of Must-Win Battles.
