You will be a key player in growing both our national and international presence and bringing us in a “top of mind” position in the OEM market.  
As our new Global Key Account Manager you will be responsible for sales and promotion of our solution products on an international basis. You will probably also be assigned to support and grow selected Danish key customers. Lodam is part of the BITZER Group, a worldwide leading manufacturer of refrigerant compressors. Lodam has experienced a considerable growth in recent years, and with the present line of products we are looking further into new market areas, initially in Europe. You will play a key role in moving our OEM sales on to the next level.  

The position 

Your role and target will be to develop and drive increased sales in prioritized OEM markets. Your objective is to increase sales of our solution products, seek out new leads and relations as well as develop our present OEM customers. You will be supported internally with the market segmentation process. It is important that you initiate, lead and build strong “bridges” between the market and customer needs and our internal supply chain.    
We expect you to spend much of your time visiting international leads and customers. We expect that the day-to-day follow up tasks can be done online from your home or at your location abroad. You will of course spend some of your working time at Lodam in Denmark, however, this position allows for a location in another EU country, preferably in southern Europe.   


Your background

You are a relation builder with technical insight and strong commercial flair. Furthermore:  
  • You have a proven sales track record and evidence that you manage the different sales phases as well as the Key Account Management disciplines   
  • You have experience in selling electronic based products and solutions in the European market  
  • Preferably you have good insights and a strong network within the HVAC&R business   
  • You understand that developing sales is achieved through face-to-face contact with the customer, and you consider customer visits and travelling your primary activity. We anticipate 80 – 100 travel days per year  
  • You are a “hunter”, independent yet a team player, self-motivating and result-oriented.   
Our corporate language is English, so your English skills must be at negotiation level. It is considered an advantage if you master another language such as German, Italian or French.
