LEGO System A/S – Data & Compliance Lead – Supplier Development
The Data & Compliance Lead is an important and significant position strengthening and improving the daily business with partners and suppliers as well as identifying action points to your team.
External Mould Manufacturing is the overall responsible for all external suppliers that deliver moulds or mould parts to LEGO. Deliveries, quality and development of suppliers are the primary tasks; hence you secure high focus to all our internal LEGO costumers and stakeholders.
External Mould Manufacturing have through both reorder, development and novelty process a substantial impact on leadtime, quality and cost. In order to ensure a positive impact, the EMM team supports and facilitates the development of suppliers using data driven decision making.
Key player in processes and compliance
You will be managing and steering the External Mould Manufacturing (EMM) owned processes securing compliance with the overall guidelines of the Lego Process Portal (LPP). Also, you are the key person to extract and present data to your team at weekly Key Performance Indicator meetings.
You own and build our Visual board KPI, think modularity in data setup cross our different streams of mould and mould parts. As Data & Compliance Lead you will also be the key person between our department and the LEGO Lean office; you take control and work with continuous improvement and problem solving in close cooperation with our department.
The department consists of 6 great colleagues of whom 5 are supplier managers and 1 is a specialist; the work is divided into streams to service every costumer best possible.
Your responsibility and tasks will include:
- Support the department/colleges with daily task because we are a global department, share knowledge and learnings across.
- Manage complexity to create transparent view.
- Ensure standardized processes for running daily business.
- Extract data from SAP (i.e. Delivery, Quality, Cost and Lead Time).
- Identifying improvement possibilities
Experienced Specialist balancing Big Data
Your educational background is minimum B.Sc. level. You have at least 3-5 years of experience combining project management and the interaction of Big Data. Preferably you have experience from the tooling industry.
You are a highly skilled and experienced user of Excel and SAP.
As a person you are motivated by having a challenging and broad role, where you interact with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers. You thrive with structure and your attention to detail is well established.
You have the flexibility to travel in order to visit local suppliers. You master spoken and written English language at advanced level.
