JYSK always wants to improve performance and put in the strongest team. Therefore, JYSK is looking for an Administration Manager who will be a part of the management team and who will be responsible for leading 4 departments: administration, logistic planning, outbound quality and the canteen, consisting of 2 leaders and 23 employees.

 

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an efficient and professional organization, keeping focus on best practice and ensuring a high information level towards employees and customers. As a manager, you are the communicative and cooperative profile where the success of the team is your goal and involving and empowering the employees is natural for you. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting, optimizing and developing new work processes and coordinate interactions between administration and operations. KPI´s are a daily tool for you and in close cooperation with the Logistics manager, you optimize and develop the framework and agree on current focus areas. The Administration Manager will participate in operation meetings and the continuous development of procedures, routines, storage strategy etc.

As Administration Manager you will report to the Logistic Manager. Physically you are located in our distribution Center in Uldum, situated near by Horsens. Travel activity is expected to be around 2 weeks a year.

  • Have solid experience with logistics, economy and administration
  • Have solid managerial experience, and you thrive and excel in the role allowing you to unite your teams, so everyone works towards a common goal
  • Have experience with KPI’s, budgets and key figures
  • Work with a result-oriented approach and are by nature an independent and proactive person, who is not afraid to challenge “as is”
  • Are good in building relations within the organization, and you are collaborative and can exchange experience at all levels
  • Communicate effortlessly at all levels of the organization. You are commercial and business minded, and you constantly strive to optimize the current business and processes
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English and are not afraid to speak up
