The company’s goal is not to become a manufacturer of machines for processing reinforcing steel, but rather to concentrate exclusively on robotic solutions for assembling of the cut and bend rebar into 2 and 3 D rebar cages and mesh. The primary goal is to fortify the position as a pioneer in this area. The concepts are ground-breaking, and PCT patents has been granted and received international registration.
Your New Working Day
As Service Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient after-sales support and technical services. Reporting directly to our COO, you will:
- Act as the primary problem solver for technical issues and ensure smooth operations in the field.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Sales, R&D, Project Managers, and Production teams, in order to provide good service to our clients.
- Lead customer support efforts, troubleshoot technical problems, and oversee spare parts sales and logistics.
- Plan and execute, through field engineers, customer visits, installation of our robotic systems as well as technical training for customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints (RMA management).
- Develop service manuals, technical guidelines, and IT systems to support your department.
- Develop and manage service team of field engineers from the ground up.
- Your working day is primary at HQ, on site visits at clients occasional which means that you must be willing to travel to a limited extent.
The Team Needs These Competencies
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant technical education and proven experience in a similar role. Extensive experience in servicing complex industrial machinery (e.g., PLC, hydraulics, robots, welding, automation is a must) and preferred skills are:
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities.
- Communication skills in both Danish and English, if German spoken it’s a plus.
- The ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A service-minded and adaptable approach, with the ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- A structured and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on documentation and timelines.
- The ability to think out of the box.
