Beiersdorf – Brand Manager NIVEA – Maternity Cover
Beiersdorf is offering an exciting opportunity in the Danish Marketing Team and we are looking for a skilled Brand Manager to join the team in Copenhagen for approx one year.
In this exciting role you will define and achieve specific sales, profit and market share objectives through execution of a strategic marketing plan. You will drive specific brand objectives, create materials and adapt plans where necessary to ultimately deliver company performance targets for long term growth. You will be the marketing champion for Beiersdorf and our brands within the organization & with external stakeholders to aid decision making to drive business results to enhance marketing capability within the organization. You will support in defining and creating brand strategy for the prioritized Face Care & Cleansing categories through creativity and thinking outside the box, sharing best practice and proactively looking for cost and time savings by highlighting areas of co-operation.
University Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or other relevant Degree. You have worked some years within fast moving consumer goods with a Brand Manager responsibility with proven results. Winning Market Shares will be the ultimate priority and goal.
We need a person, who is ambitious and persistent. An individual, who has a huge drive and the creativity, that will take the brands to the next level. A team player, who values working with others, knowing that a winning team is a team, who manages to balance courage with care and trust. In return you will be given a crucial role with a lot of responsibility!
You have experience with consumer insights, trends and Nielsen data, and you are skilled in social media, and up to date in the digital environment and landscape.
Experienced in project management and used to work close with partners and agencies.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and capability:

You will be part of a small marketing team of three persons and a tight Danish commercial team of 12 people.
