For the past 13 years Rikke has worked with recruitment at many different levels - from employees to managers for all retail stores. For the past eight years she has worked with recruitment of managers, middle managers and assistants to Back-Office functions in the retail industry. Her focus has also been recruitment of regional managers, district managers and store managers.
Rikke has completed several organisational development projects in Dansk Supermarked. She has several years of management experience from her employment at Dansk Supermarked, where she has worked as a service manager and general manager for about 180 employees.
She is responsible for GML-HR customers in Copenhagen and Zealand, ehere she maintain operations for our existing customers and give priority to have a dialoque with potential customers.
As a part of her daily job, Rikke care to give competent feedback for our existing customers just like she makes a virtue giving good advice to GML-HR's customers in what relates to their exact challenge.
