At GML-HR René has worked with most of our customer groups, where he has implemented and completed several management courses, management-coaching and performance management and also implementation of our customers. In addition, he developed the conceps of microphone training.
René has several years of experience and has completed a large number of recruitments, primarily af salesmen and managers in retail industry.
René has developed and implemented a number of concepts with focus on leadership and team development. He has 10 years of experience as a manager for most employee gruops at both Føtex and Bilka (Dansk Supermarked).
He is responsible for West Denmark, where he operate with canvassing and day-to-day running of existing customers.
